How do schools pay?
By invoice or purchase order, billed once a year. We raise an invoice when your board is ready to start and you settle it by bank transfer.
Is a data processing agreement available?
Yes. A data processing agreement is ready to sign before any pupil or governor data is entered. You can read it in full on our data processing agreement page.
What does onboarding look like?
A short walkthrough sets up your school, brings your governors in from the national record and points the board at its first audits. Nothing here is a template you fill from scratch: the visit plans are built from your school's priorities.
When does External Validation make sense?
When your board has worked through a stage of the Quality Standard and wants an independent practitioner to verify it. Validation is booked per stage at £295 and sits outside membership. See External Validation for how it works.
