The Governor Assurance Plan draws on the school's own improvement priorities, every statutory monitoring role and, where it applies, the faith strand. A year-at-a-glance grid carries the assigned governor's name against every priority across autumn, spring and summer, so you know which priority is yours and when, before the term begins.
When a check needs you
Exactly what to look at, by link
A check delegated to you by link carries its own deadline and an enriched check card that gives the context up front, so you arrive already knowing what you are being asked to look at. An approval step confirms it before it counts as done.
After the visit
Filed the same day, while it's fresh
A short report against the priority you were visiting goes on file the day of the visit: what you saw, any concerns raised, the questions you asked and your confidence in what you found. The next board meeting has something specific to discuss, not a verbal recap reconstructed from memory.
