SGAF starts with how boards actually work.
Joshua built SGAF after more than 20 years in education and governance support across post-16, primary and secondary settings. The same pattern kept appearing: schools were doing meaningful governance work, but the record was too fragile, too scattered and too dependent on local memory.
SGAF is the practical response: a product system that helps boards evidence what they do, connect monitoring to improvement and keep governance knowledge on the record.
